Send us a message using our dedicated client support email to complete a service request and you'll receive a prompt confirmation.

PHASE 2: EXPERIENCE

We use the latest data scrapping tools to perform detailed searches to find the right repair technician.

Only the most experienced, qualified and reliable repair technicians are called and vetted before servicing your commercial equipment.

Price negotiations take place before the repair to ensure that your business receives the most accurate and honest rates available.

PHASE 3: ACTION

The repair technician will be scheduled to arrive at the preferred date and time noted in the service request.

Our client support team briefs the repair technician before work begins to make sure the repair is done as efficiently as possible.

Receive live updates before the repair technician arrives on location, when the work has begun, and after the repair has been completed.

PHASE 4: RESOLUTION

We will notify you when the service request has been resolved and the technician sends a quote for the repair.

You will be sent the invoice for the work performed by the repair technician, or if present on location, you can pay the invoice in person.

As soon as the technician collects payment and has left the premises, you'll be updated on these events by phone and/or email.
